Changes to the study programme

It has been very hard to us the pandemic and how it affected to our university classes. We used to have pressencial classes in our schools and now we have to stay in the front of a computer or cellphone in order to get our classes. I'm here to complain about the system and tell you some changes that it needs, for example the curriculum. I think in general, it's fairly good but they should add more physics and maths. They are very important and have a fundamental role in odontology. I think that there are classes that have many hours in a row, thing that teachers must change because they have to remember that we are in a front of a screen and having our eyes there for a long time can be perjudical to our health. Also, many classes collide with the lunch time, making us to prioritize the class instead the lunch. It can not be, because the food give us energy that make us able to continue the classes. A journey through time

The time travel still being a total mystery, even for a big brain like Stephen Hawking. Even so, it's impossible to try to imagine how it would be, specially due to movies like back to the future.  Therefore, if I had the chance to time travel, I would like to go to the future instead the past, because I think that the future is fairly interesting than the past, for the main reason that is unknown how it is. In order to get the maximum amount of new things to see, I would travel one thousand of years in the future, in a country like USA or China. I selected these countries because they look like they will be a "empire" in the future, so they will have more things to do or to see.  I would like to go with my friends, so we can stay together and don't feel loneliness. Also we can explore and drive maybe a new kind of car, see a ultra realistic movie at the cinema, enter to a virtual world or even go to a new planet if the space travel is allowed. Work in the future

It's so hard to try to imagine how do you see yourself in the future. When I was kid, I wanted to be a fireman, but now I'm studying odontology. I would like to work as a dentist mainly because is the career that I'm studying. I imagine myself with a lot of knowledge solving all the dental issues of the people. It would be half outdoor and half indoor. Half outdoor because I would like to do some community work, under some tent or something like that. I would like to travel a lot, specifically to english speaking countries. I have the ability to communicate in those countries thanks to the good english teacher that I'm having in the university. I would like to work in the university, teaching to the new generations or doing some researches in order to get an important advance of a pathology or treatment knowledge. The animals also feel

We are all animals. Yes, even us. We have a common ancestor with the monkey, just ask to Darwin. Therefore, I really don't understand the people who treat animals badly or see them as an inferior living being. I'm a big fan of the animals and I love them all. For this reason I have a dog called Tommy. My grandmother gave it that name because she liked it, so I really didn't have an option to name the dog, but I would like to think that his name comes from Tommy Shellby of "Peaky Blinders". In other hand, I'm totally disagree to keep the animals in the zoo. I remember when I was a kid, I visited the Buin zoo, and I saw a black panther that was very skinny and sometimes the animal screamed, as if he was asking for help. It marked me a lot, and it gave me an idea of how the animals are treated in the zoo. The cartoon that has endured till today: Dragon Ball Z

"KAMEEE HAMEEE HAAAAAAA" was my battle cry when I was a kid. It comes from "Dragon Ball Z", my favorite cartoon. It was my favorite because I always loved the fighting cartoons like Power Rangers or Samurai Jack, but it's not simple as that, at least not now. Now as an adult, I can analyze the entire series and see for myself what are the things that mantained me attached to the cartoon. Those things are the amazing character development, the soundtracks, the story with it's background and the epic fights with the epic moments. All these things combined maked me got goosebumps as a kid and get goosebumps now as an adult. I used to watch it all days at mornings, and in the afternoons. It's hard to explain what is the series about, because it's chronological and it's divided in 3 mains argumental arcs, but in resume, the series follows the story of a martial artist alien called Goku that want to protect the earth of external threats. The wonderful island: San Andrés

I always was a person who likes to swim and spend a lot of time into the pools, the rivers, the oceans and all kind of water places. Therefore, my best holydays were when I was around 15-16 years, I went with my family to a island from Colombia called San Andrés. It was the second time that I traveled to another country and my excitement was in a very high level. We arrived to the airport of Bogotá, and then we had to take another airplane to the island. The flight was pretty long because the island is located closer to Nicaragua than Colombia. Anyways I didn't care because I have the bless (or curse) to sleep in any hour at any place. Then when we arrived to the hotel, and was the most beautiful building that I have seen, and I'm not exagerating. A Journey Into the Past: Greece

 The people have many reasons to travel to another country. Someones do for fun, and other ones to rest. In my case, I like to travel for the knowledge and to see different things. So, what another better place to travel than the origin of the modern civilization. Yes, I would like to travel to Greece.  The greek culture has a strong bond with our occidental culture. It's present in the language. in the politic, in the society and even in the entertainment. For example, If you are a videogames player, you have "God of War", if you are a cinephile, you have "300", if you like books, you have "The Iliad and "The Odyssey". All of those examples makes me more excited to breath and inmerse myself into this place. It's amazing how a culture that has a thousands of years still presents till today.
